Well I've been here over a year , but I've never had to do while on crutches ! Exercise was my saving grace . Only work out I've gotten in last 12 days is lifting remote .

I eat way to much sodium , close to 4000mg a day , but I'm 53 & my blood pressure was 115-65 Yesterday ! I balance the sodium eating a lot of potassium ( Bananas) Way to much salt in most all foods

Hey, I have gone as far as setting the alarm on my iPhone and waking up and checking it. I keep Glucose tablets & meter beside my bed . I also take the small 10 pks of Glucose tabs when I do my daily walking , usually walk 4 to 8 miles a day and that will run your sugar down pretty good . Plus the glucose tablets will…

I could eat Tuna EVERY DAY. but they only recommend eating it twice a week because of mercury ... Wish someone would do better study on it

Im 6'4" .. My goal is to get to 225 to 230 then maintain that weight . I've lost some gut , I walk a lot . I play basketball , I don't eat fast food any more .and very little fried food . I'm getting my nutrition according to my charts. My calories are around 1500 to 1800 a day

As you can see the previous weeks I did very well , and yes I watch the biggest loser . I'm a 52 yr old male , If I think my calories are to much for that day , I'll do a quick 30 minute walk before bed . I've lost 30 lbs but was very disappointed today when I weighed at my fitness center . Only 1 lb lost last 8 days
