Fats : Total Fats , Sat , Poly & Mono
Some days I go over the recommendations for total fat , like 22 grams over today . I never go over my Saturated Fats Recommendation , But here's the thing , 50 Grams of that was Poly & Mono Unsaturated Fats . I eat Walnuts , Olive Oil & Guacamole on a daily basis . Food, Diet, Exercise WAS Going Good , But

I started out at 268lbs and lost down to 202lbs. That's 66 Lbs lost, over the Summer I gained back to 210 where is what I should be at 53 yr old and 6'3" tall. What percent do I need change to now to maintain 210. Do a little weight lifting and a lot of walking

My MFP is set up for 55% Carbs , 30% Fat & 15% Protein ... Im always over on the Fat , short on the Carbs .. I don't eat a lot of fat foods .
