On myfitnesspal , the recommended daily intake of Cholesterol is 300 mg , at least 5 mornings a week I have 2 Egglands best eggs , which are supposed to be highly nutritous but 2 contain 375 mg by themselves before I eat anything else the rest of day . Now the studies I've read says that 90% of the cholesterol in eggs is not even absorbed in your blood stream. Plus other studies suggest that eating eggs actually lower bad cholesterol and help lose weight . Ok so what gives with this ? Anything to worry about . Last check my total cholesterol was bout 130

I've heard that recently studies are showing that egg's aren't as bad for you as previously thought. If you don't have high cholesterol, I would keep doing what you're doing.0
