What % Carbs Protein Fat Do I need now

I started out at 268lbs and lost down to 202lbs. That's 66 Lbs lost, over the Summer I gained back to 210 where is what I should be at 53 yr old and 6'3" tall. What percent do I need change to now to maintain 210. Do a little weight lifting and a lot of walking
