Some days I go over the recommendations for total fat , like 22 grams over today . I never go over my Saturated Fats Recommendation , But here's the thing , 50 Grams of that was Poly & Mono Unsaturated Fats . I eat Walnuts , Olive Oil & Guacamole on a daily basis . Is this a concern ? I rarely go over my calorie count which I currently have set at 2000 . Started out at 260 & I'm 6'3" , already lost 14 lbs in 65 days on to my goal weight of 225 . And yes I've done this program couple years back when I balloned to 268 & went on to lose 66 lbs in 8-1/2 months . Dropped to 202 & everyone thought I had cancer or an illness . Broke my ankle & couldn't exercise for 5 months & slowly put weight back on . I walk 4 to 6 miles almost everyday ...

It is o.k. to go over on any kind of fats as long as you meet your protein goal and keep your calories at a deficit.
Take care of your ankle.0
