Started this program 13 Months ago @268 with a goal of 225 . Was easy to do , dropped to 202 which was a Lil skinny with my 6'3" height . So I raised my calorie count a little & gained back bout 6 lbs . 207 to 215 bout right for me . Could walk 90 minutes with barely a sweat . Well couple weeks ago my Blood Sugar dropped rapidity and I pretty much passed out . Broke my Ankle in 2 places on way to concrete floor . It is what it is . How can I keep from gaining weight back til I can get my exercise routine back? Doing good so far eat a lot healthy items daily . Almonds , Greek Yogurt, Silk Chocolate Milk , Apples , Bananas , Spinach , Cherubs, . But been on so much Loritab haven't had an appetite . Any Suggestions ?

I'm a little confused (and sorry if this comes off sounding harsh) but you have been here and using MPF for over a year, and you still don't know how to lose or maintain your weight?!?
Just eat at your maintenance calorie level and you will be fine. PS you should still be able to do some upper body work (think boxing or upper body resistance exercises.0 -
Well I've been here over a year , but I've never had to do while on crutches ! Exercise was my saving grace . Only work out I've gotten in last 12 days is lifting remote .0
