Yes, I love a glass of red. Now I only have wine on weekends. I make sure I have enough calories left in the evening. I love a glass of red with olives and cheese. I use to enjoy wine in the evening after a stressful day at work but not any more too many calories :-/

Heyy No I don't think you are. I would say the best way to loose weight is gradually to avoid getting excess skin. Everyone here is really supportive so keep at it I know you will get there. :)

Hello, sorry you can tell I'm new to this then. I am not sure what it is then. when I put in what I've had for the day it always says my protein and fat intake is too high on my fitness pal. I'm always under on carbs. And thank you for the replies really helpful :)
