  • I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but my son is also allergic to nuts and we use sun-nut butter. It's 100% peanut and tree nut free and made in a peanut free facility. It is high in calories, but it tastes (to me) better than peanut butter. Also, rice milk is actually just the water used to cook rice in,…
  • Sounds like you need more calories in as you are only eating about 1200 a day. That is putting your boyd in starvation mode since you are also exercising. The foods you say you are eating sound good, but I think you just need more calorie intake.
  • I miss not feeling gulity when I am able to fit in some cookies or ice cream. I happen to love both. Also I miss going out to eat without a plan in my hand. You can still eat at McDonalds, but only if you eat the fruit and yougurt parfait. Not a lot of fun there.

I would say you really need to eat alot more today. Think cookies and high calorie foods. I know that isn't…

The bus drivers don't give out change and if you ask for directions, you get a different answer from everybody you ask. I would take a cab if I were you, or use you cell phone GPS on speaker. That is not…
  • My family and I always take fresh fruit and veggies, salad, egg whites, good bread (which is whatever you like), ground turkey for burgers, milk, cereal and I brought hummus with us last time and it worked until some water got into the container. As long as you have access to ice consistently, you can bring whatever you…
  • How about correct calorie losses for the exercises you have done?
  • The other thing that I have noticed and read about on this website is that MFP sometimes gives you more calories lost for exercise than you actually lost. For instance I did 30 minutes on the elliptical in the gym today and the machine said 257 calories lost, but MFP said over 300. That has happened more than once so if…
