1. Learn your protiens, because those days will be the hardest to 'feel full' if you're still going to eat meats on other days. (IE: Beans, tofu, and Seitan) 2. Double check the lables on everything, because some things you wouldn't think are vegetarian, aren't nessiarily vegan (Like pasta noodles, ect). 3. Good luck xD I…

Low fat mayo can be dangerous, as it's typically full of sugar. Go for the vinager and oils instead- they're at least a better for you fat anyhow.

Sounds like a load of bull, and sugar. Have fun with carb city and crashing mid day into hunger strikes.

Yes and no. Yes, if you are on the low end of the fuel from when you started. No, if you are doing the high protein. When I feel most ravenous, I slow down, drink my recovery shake and wait it out at least and hour before I dig into a meal.

A two egg omlette with ham, cheese, and green onion. And a little greek yogurt melting on top.

If you want them, get them. There are loads of new technology out there as well. Including a method where they take your natural body fat from your butt and put them in your breasts- in theory safer then say regular implants. No one has to know, it's *YOUR* body. Do what you want and makes you happy with it. Just be safe,…

I like the old fashion Tae Bo, and the 30 Day Shred/ 30 Day Ripped, (any of the JM's really). But now I need more punch so I'm doing the P90x.

If you're looking for a stronger caffeine buzz with a hot drink, look no further then Yerba mate. It has like 8x more caffeine then coffee ever will, and it's a tea. So it won't kill you. I personally just don't drink it from a gourd like the traditional method. I do however, recommend this one at a fairly good price for a…

I was a coffee freak. And then I read the "Skinny B!itch" book series, and tried chai-tea just how I would make my coffee, and I'll never go back.

1. Higher protien, lower calorie food choices. Basicly, rethink a lot of your food choices 2. Tea. And water. Lots of it. 3. Don't be afraid to do a 20-30minuet power nap in the later part of the day.

Get some lysol whipes and call it good. Other then that, pray. And hope it has the warrenty/insurance on it. Maybe the geek squad at your local best buy can help if it's truely amiss.

GNC Total Lean shake is good. ISO Pure also good. Basicly look and think like a bariatric patience what you want to drink for your shake, if it's for weight loss/not to bulk up.
-
I skip my 'coffee' ritual (it never was coffee, chai tea and cream maybe at times)- I hydrate and make running my coffee now. I like starting my days off strong. And keeps me going. When I feel the 3:30 drag, I grab a protien snack and I go work-out to spike up my blood.and heart rate.

Defiantly saturdays. Keeps me in check over the weekend. So I don't blow it. As well, it just feels sensible with the weekend coming. I get up 8 hours after I go to bed (pratically on the dot, like last night I went to bed at 2:45, woke up at 10:15). I poop then I naked-weigh in. And go weeee! Happy! Rarely is it a 'drats'…

Sashimi. Eat it raw with a little bit of mirin on that.

Its sooo hard for me, but I do. I try not to double my sugar allowance (I allow myself 32g/day, still feel that's high!)

Best. Ever.
