A little tip for mayo on a wrap!

Options
I have been making my lunches at home for the last week, not only am i saving money but also stopping myself even looking at the hot food counter at coll with burgers and pizza!

Here is a little tip i have worked out... thought i would share.

I LOVE tuna in a wrap with lettuce and onion! I do find it dry on its own :(

So... no longer so say no to mayo! If you buy a squeezy low fat mayo, squeeze it on and its quite a bit. Grab a bit of clean kitchen roll and use this to spread the mayo all over the wrap! It will leave a thin layer or mayo ALL OVER the wrap and keep any excess on the tissue so you dont end up wiping the knife with loads of mayo onto the side of the wrap.. giving you a little bit of what you fancy, without the guilt! PERFECTION!

Low fat mayo can be dangerous, as it's typically full of sugar. Go for the vinager and oils instead- they're at least a better for you fat anyhow.
