Ive been wondering the same thing ! I have a small bowl of chopped fruit with yoghurt for breakfast sometimes and thats it ive gone over my sugar limit for the day lol what?!

i know how you feel.. at the start of this year i lost 14 lbs and then during 2 weeks in the summer i slacked off on the diet and exercise and put 8 lbs back on just like that ! one thing that pops to mind was what monkeydharma said, if youre menstruating soon you tend to put on a few lbs ! ive been working my butt off…

i did consider all the nice jars of sauces you can buy, but the trouble is that like you said, you only need a little bit and because i'd only be cooking for myself, i dont know how long a sauce is good for once its been opened and i tend to chuck old half-full jars away so its a waste.. wish they did smaller containers of…

thanks so much for the comments guys :) i have a list of things to buy now and it all sounds yummy im definitely interested in the broths, hot sauce, beans, squash, scallions, chilli powder, feta onion is one of my favourite foods so ill always try and put it in whatever i can lol unfortunately i dont like peas or coconut…

so it sounds like i need to add chicken broth to my shopping list ! at the risk of sounding incredibly dumb i dont think ive ever used it, im guessing stock cubes crumbled into some water ? thanks for all the ideas, will stock up on some beans, sauces, stock and maybe some more veg

gah i knew i didnt have to be the only person with this ! i get headaches almost every time exercise or go outside (walking in town or whatever) it isnt allergies or sunlight sensitivity, im pretty sure its something to do with moving I want to know how i can get rid of it too
