first of all, i'm not a medical professional, but i have given blood before. when you give blood the nurses tell you not to exercise for at least 24 hours afterwards. it shouldn't make a huge difference in the whole scheme of training for a marathon, but it will disrupt your weekend training schedule.

i've found that if you brown the tofu in a skillet with some oil before adding it to anything it maintains its shape much better. also tofu comes in all different levels of firmness. I buy the firmest and it isn't really very jelly-like. Hope this helps

i normally just find something similar in the data base, as it seems you have been doing. but if its a problem for you, use the recipe feature and put in all the ingredients. this is probably be more accurate, although it is a little more time consuming

take it easy until you recover. If you feel like you can exercise a little than go for it, but listen to your body. maybe do only light exercise until you recover.

if you want to know how many calories you can eat to maintain your current weight you can change you settings to maintain current weight (instead of lose 1 pound or 1/2 pound or 2 pounds). see what that number is just as a reference point then you can change it back to your original setting

i would suggest some warm tea (no calories!). the warmth and the water normally fill me up, or you could save a few hundred calories and create a meal called midnight snack.

Eat healthy and work out! It will make you feel a million times better! stay within your calorie range and you WILL lose weight and feel better. wont it be great to have all your friends jealous of your new weight lose? just imagine the look on that one person's face when they see how great you look! but don't let it…
