I always get my sandwich as a salad (I always ask for Gluten Free, and this confuses them). Generally speaking, I opt for something with Chicken or the Subway Club. I get all the veggies and do a splash of vinegar. It's just as filling as the sandwich, but minus the bread.

For me, dairy and gluten are the big ones. I went to a Naturopath and she tested me for food allergies. I think they tested it against 110 foods. Can I just say how much I miss cheese?

Since I've written the post. My life flashed before my very eyes. Kind of. My father passed away three weeks ago. Heart attack. He was 57. Yeah. Sad. Scary. In addition to this, I have discovered that my body doesn't like dairy and gluten. Also, it wants to destroy my thyroid. And blah blah blah yeast thing blah blah blah.…

I have a few favorite bands. The Damned and Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds are at the top, but they are closely followed by Danko Jones, The Raveonettes, Stellastarr*, The Cramps and Tom Waits. (I'm not indecisive or anything..)
