FourLynne I feel the same way the cold weather makes me want to stay in the bed. Next week I will work on going back to the gym right after work.

Eunice I'm going to have to join you on the goal of no soda and sweets those are my biggest weakness. I'm going to instead switch sweets for fruit and sodas for water with lemon.

I love fries they are my weakness. I was on google and found a recipe for squash fries. I seasoned them and baked them. For my first time it came out really good.
