I just went to Academy and purchased some work out equipment. Jumprope, weights, mat... sigh and its all pink. :smiley: I know I'm not on here like I should be but the summer is right around the corner. so lets get it encouragement goes a long way.

Goals for this week
I just signed up to do the weight loss challenge at lifetime fitness. So I will be doing a low carb food plan and exercising at least 5 times this week. I will continue on posting and hope someone will join in. 3 months till summer #goingstrong

Ok 5th week weigh- in
This was my Birthday weekend and I fell off but Im back on. My current weight is 230 I gained a pound. So my total weight loss is 2 pounds. Remember there is always another day to get it right. Have a blessed week!!!

Week is almost over

Little tired
I am stuck in my 200s and I'm very tired of stepping on the scale and seeing 213ish. I think stress plays a major part. Still two months still summer break. Any ideas suggestions.

Stomach Fat
Question this might sound silly and I know you cant spot reduce and I read all the blogs and forums on stomach fat. But my stomach is the biggest part of my body it's the 27 pounds I can't get rid of :-( any ideas
