Little tired

I am stuck in my 200s and I'm very tired of stepping on the scale and seeing 213ish. I think stress plays a major part. Still two months still summer break. Any ideas suggestions.

    How many cals are you eating? If you want - I will look at your diary for you. I plateaued a while back and had to be harsh with the type of food I was eating and not just the overall cals.

    Im in the same position Ive been bouncing between 215 and 218 for weeks, it sucks. but I started tracking my calories better and I have been working out with a heart rate monitor 2 times a day 6 days a week with an average of 700calories burned a day.. it sucks, it takes a ton of time, and I am wiped out... but I finally lost another pound and my hope is that in the next week Ill lose a couple more. It sucks but keep at it and you can do it.
