encona hot sauce, go through a bottle every couple of weeks, there is nothing that can't be jazzed up with hot sauce. The chulola one is also fab!

There are some fantastic blogs with recipes and motivation out there on the web. I am also on the Dukan Diet and feel the need for the odd noodle in my prawn soup or other form of carb. Do you like fish? Salmon, prawns, mussels etc are a great way to 'treat' yourself to a change. Well done on the stone loss! Keep at it xx

I'm on day three of the first stage. So far my meals have included beef steak, roast chicken, grilled King prawns, loads of yoghurts and some oat bran 'pancakes'. There are loads of recipe ideas in the book and you'll be surprised at just how creative you can get once you're onto the cruise phase : )

Not sure what the reason is so won't guess, just wanted to say that I'm also experiencing the same feeling in my legs, especially my calf muscles. Going to walk it off in a minute and see if it helps. Hope you feel better really soon xx

Today is my first day on the Dukan diet. Found it relatively easy but am sure tomorrow will be much harder as will be out and about with my daughter who who will ask for the strangest things. Plan to bring some boiled eggs and slices of ham in my bag in case I get tempted.

My goal weight is the higher end of my healthy BMI range. Even though I am rather short, I love my curves and am more keen on being healthier than slimmer. It will also be the weight I was when I first met my partner 10 years ago before I succummed to comfort eating and before my PCOS came into play!
