I used to have the same thing. this is how i trained my brain and what i did. when eating - eat slow, this tricks your body into thinking you are eating more than you actually are the slower you eat the fuller you'll get. drink water, this will also fill you up. remember though, if you are hungry eat, but before you do ask…

oat bran is good, its very high in fibre :) you can put it in your cereal, oat bran pancakes are good too :)

if you are hungry yes, we are alll different, like for example i sometimes eat my 'extras' back, and sometimes dont. :)

good luck, i think it's near impossible to lose 8 pounds in two weeks, but its worth a try. keep your water intake high, low carb and i would prob limit myself to 12,000 calories, seeming as you are small. :)

I'm 5''6, i eat pretty healthy. a lot of protein, and REALLY intense workout, some days i get my heart rate up to 190.. prob a lil bit over board, but i don't like going to the gym and not sweating ;)

listen to your body, if you arent hungry, then dont eat .my net calories are usually 1000 a day, and i usually eat 1300 or so.:) whatever works for you!! ;)

i usally walk on 6.0 for 1 min and run 13.0 for 1 min for 10 mins.

Sounds good to me :) i would prob say cut out the soft drinks as soda makes you bloated, maybe instead of having subway have a wholemeal sanwich or something, as the bread there isn't so good for you. i find if i have to much bread, i get bloated. drinks plenty of water, 2-3 litres a day. you def notice the different :)…
