Fighting Binge Cravings Help!!

Hey all!

My biggest fear is having a binge after dinner. I'm ALWAYS hungry after dinner!

I want to know is... how do you fight the binge cravings???

    I used to have the same thing. this is how i trained my brain and what i did. when eating - eat slow, this tricks your body into thinking you are eating more than you actually are the slower you eat the fuller you'll get. drink water, this will also fill you up. remember though, if you are hungry eat, but before you do ask yourself am i eating because i am ACTUALLY hungry, or am i eating because of an emotional reason or out of boredom. step back, and ask yourself do i really need this? hope this helps. i did a lot of research into emotional eating and binging! it's a very interesting subject, and we ALL suffer from it once in our lives! you can do this!!! :)

    I actually have a "splurge" night, usually either Friday or Saturday night. I still log everything I eat, but it's the only time I don't care where I end up. I also make room for the sweets I love so much, so that later down the road I don't binge because I haven't had those unhealthier foods.
