well I would definitely hydrate.... thennn take a laxative because your poop weights A LOT especially if your storing... You can store 11 full size meals between your colon and intestine. and do a juice only diet. I would quit weight lifting and stick to cardio. Let me know how it goes. Good luck

I had to get to that point before I could really get my eating habits in check. I felt like that was the only way I could really make it happen. The best part is it's only up from here!! Im down 45lbs in a year and I back to what I weight in 2006. It's a journey

If you have your mio active connect set with HR unlocked you maybe getting an unclear read if you are sweating a lot. That kills the battery pretty quick but it can also mess up your heart rate reader. Same with the cashier having the heart rate unlocked option on is more sensative
