Hey there! I bought it, but I have not started it. Doing TRX /boxing and running right now. What are your early impressions of the program?
-
You look fantastic! I love your honest account of all the ups and downs that come with working out! Just shows it can be done even with pinched nerves and semi-jacked knees! Best wishes to you as you continue your journey!
-
Girl, I am so proud of you! You simply continue to inspire us all! Congratulations!
-
YAY! Congratulations!

Yes, you should stop to celebrate how far you've come. You look wonderful. Congratulations on the pay off for your hard work!

You look fantastic! I needed this boost as I enter my 6th week of Insanity. You are so right about the mental toughness that's necessary for getting through the program. Thanks and I wish you continued success!

Your story (and yes, I read all of it :-) ) is a no frills get it done story which I appreciate. Thank you for sharing.

I log my meals and workout daily. I also do my best to support my friends and I live for the support I receive, so I get how important this is. Anyone call feel free to add me!

I am not a fan of leftovers, so I pretty much cook every day. If I don't its because I made turkey chili or baked a few extra pieces of chicken or fish. Breakfast: shakeology or kale smoothie/oatmeal/egg whites with ezekiel bread Lunch: homemade salad with protein/grilled veggies with protein/sometimes brown rice or wheat…

I drink this and then some most days. I'm in!

I remain forever shocked by the disgraceful things people do.

Fantastic results so far! Your baby is way too cute!

This is my story (minus the pooch), or was for quite awhile. I mostly work out at home, but I still do it in the evenings. So not a morning person.

I am not new to MFP but I am always open to making new friends who want to talk about fitness and nutrition. And just like someone else said, we just might laugh along the way too! Anyone should feel free to add me.

Ditto on all of the above. I am entering week 4 and can't believe what a machine I have turned into--and I still have half the program to go. Feel free to add me if you want additional support. Good luck!

Hey ladies! I am almost 5'9 and working on shedding 50lbs. Started and restarted this journey more times than I care to recall, but I am all in now. MFP has certainly helped with that. No pics yet, although at the end of the month, I might do a "before" and "current" as a way to track my progress since the scale is a mean…

Its a backhanded compliment. I have no idea why people feel it is okay to say things like that. aarrrgghhhhhh
