I will admit I was about....to defend the 20 inch waist girl. Until I saw the picture. It looks like she had the bottom part of her ribs removed. I have a friend who has serious thyroid issues. i love nature paths organic pumpkin flax granola. it is high in calories. i get a 1/4 cup with my apples, banana, blueberries, and yogurt each morning! Dessert first thing!! :)

thanks everyone. Kinda what I thought....but wondered. I know gals how dropped it way to fast, and well, they have to tuck that skin, and i mean tuck!, it into their jeans. So gross. Sounds like water and great moisturizing is at minimum a great attempt at prevention. I am on it! :)

add a little creamer. skip the sugar or sugar substitute. believe me, i am a coffee fanatic, and i have learned to live without it being over sweet. I actually prefer it now...try it...
