I eat my exercise calories. WHICH encourages me to exercise more. I budget my calories for the week, and not daily. Everything in moderation. AND I recognize that I can get back up, when I fall. :flowerforyou:

definitely, DO IT! One of my goals this year is to become a runner. AND slowly but surely, I am progressing. I started on indoor tracks. I have to agree on this one. Yes, I do try to steer people who dont "eat enough calories" on their "Strict" diets...but if they dont wanna hear it, so be it. I am successful and that is top priority! :)

let me first say, I have three kids, so its not that I am hating on kids... BUT I Hate it when people bring their kids. let them run the skinny narrow indoor track. get on the machines. drop their pre teens and teens off at the Y like its a social hangout! DRIVES me bananas. :smokin:

ha. I kinda feel that way about the "days logged in." makes me scared to not log in at the very least. I dread ever seeing "Amy has logged in for three days." again. ahhaha.

i get a tub of pre cut fruit. and a small chocolate item. the smell of popcorn will make you want to give in, but resist!

toufyan pitettes whole wheat. 80 calories. I tend to eat them with 2 oz turkey and lettuce. perfect for lunch. to be a treat....add two slices of cheese. I spray a touch of pam on top. then toast. OHH my!!

I say yes. I eat mine, on an average for the week Monday through Sunday. My IPHone shows me my average across the week. AS long as I come in under or at my daily goal as an average, I do. 6 mornings out of 7, if not all 7, A dish of: apple, 1/2 cup blueberries, and banana, covered with a yoplait light yogurt, and a 1/4 cup of organic pumpkin flax granola. IT'S fabulous!
