  • I have been using the 3-mile walk for abs with the belt. And, yes, it is more like aerobics. So I have been entering my time as high-impact aerobics. Seems to be working for me as I have lost approximately 25 pounds.

  • I know how you feel. At first I felt the same sadness looking at myself in the mirror. After some time, sadness turned to anger for allowing myself to gain weight. . . and then finally . . . determination. You will hit a few bumps in the road on your way to your goal, but that's okay.   • I just started exercising again late November and burn 500 to 550 calories every other day on my stationary bike. When I go over my daily calorie allowance, I get back on the bike before bedtime.
