Since MFP took away our signatures, I've lost my ohsowellthoughtout goals. My birthday is the day before Easter 2012, and I know I had a goal for my BD... 29 grams a day?? I'm on low carb and mine is set for 30 max at a time/meal, and 110 for the whole day. I thought THAT was limiting!

OK, did it again, but made it 'light' instead of 'dark'. It works ok, but I wanted to have the dark background, which isn't working. Blah, I'll just leave it like this for now. Frustration leads me to the fridge.

I did use the first one :( and it wasn't right. then I tried one of the others and it was even more 'less right' :) It's from the Ticker Factory. I wanted to add an exercise ticker to my MFP ticker.
