Thats just fantastic, I'm on day 4 and I was so tired today and almost didn't do it, but I am just so impressed by your photo! I am the same shape as you are in pc 1 and If i can look like pic 3 in 26 days I will be so happy!! super inspirational!

Hi, I started it yesterday, its hard but I really enjoy it. I'd like to go running but not sure I have the confidence yet! I'm going to try and do my 'zumba' DVD a few times a week too. We don't drive so I walk alot most days. Was 193lbs last Monday- weigh in tomorrow :)
