weight gain on 30 day shred?
Started on here about a week ago and a few days later started the shred. On my first weigh in 1 weekafter starting watching my food intake I'd lost 4lbs. I'm on day 5 of the shred and stupidly weighed myself this morning and i seem to have gained a few lbs, is that normal? It will start to go down at some point?

Realistic goals?
When you first started off did you set an ultimate weight goal or just say I want to loose 14lbs by xyz date? I'm currently 186lbs and my SIL is getting married in February. I want to loose 42lbs by then taking me to 144. Do you think that is possible? I'm pretty determined.

Am on day our of 30DS and am just knackered tonight, just feel fed up as I din't prepare a meal that was as healthy as I should of and just feel a bit deflated :(

calories burnt?
I'm on 1200 a day. I'm eating about that, sometimes a bit under but I'm burning 200-300 on the30D shred, so am left with maybe 350 calories after my evening work out. Hiya, I joined a few days ago. I'm a mum of 4 kids I'm 27 and need to loose about 50lbs. 've joined here and been given a 1200 calorie limit whih I'm sticking to.
