I love to party sometimes.... so I am in a similar predicament, I do my party thing and then after I go on a mini rampage the next work out or two to make up, sometimes I have to get mad with myself inside to drive me on, or come on here and see whos been a good boy/girl and they spur me on! hope that helps

we put pot in one of the underwriters smoking pipe (He was a miserable sod!) he went out for his usual smoke at lunch time and came back happy as a lark! how weird us that! it was not mine! so you know!

always on Fridays, heres why...I work out all week and and Friday will be my best day. I wait about an hour after I get up, no food no drinks......sorry but have to mention this also after bathroom! I NEVER NEVER WEIGH MYSELF ON A MONDAY NO NO NO NO! lmao!

it will, takes time for some! if your under you cal goal and exercising frequently you may just be on a plateau and moving lateral, you will get to the edge and start the descent, just keep going!

OK I think this can work, works for me, weight yourself on Friday mornings only, heres the reason, I tend to indulge at the weekend and Mondays weigh is........................yuk.....work out/do your thing Mon to Fri and you will weigh your best on Friday morn! hope this helps
