I started running. Also I started using Visalus again. Since Nov. 1 I have completely cut out pop, cookies, cake, ice cream, most junk food all that kinda stuff out of my diet. Just trying to eat a lot cleaner and It's paying off.

Flexibility. I haven't been keeping up with them this spring like I should have, but I've noticed small improvements in my posture and flexability.

I have PCOS as well! I'm not thinking about kids anytime soon, but it's in an early stage and my doctor said any fitness/weight improvement would certainly be a plus. Best luck to you and hope you increase your fertility :)

I do the shake 2 times a day, work out with a personal trainer 2 times a week, work out on my own four of the remaining five days and give riding lessons (walking/jogging in sand! ). I would say just figure in the calories earlier that day knowing you will burn them off.

You're right! My best friend is 5 11 and only weights 140, she has NO MUSCLE! and looks sickly thin I only the other hand feel like my legs are VERY muscular.
