Lost!

I just started a week ago and I have lost 6.5 pounds! I'm 18 weighing at 201. I used to weigh 207.5. I run a mile and dance for an hour! I use plastic wrap on my body which makes me sweat even more! I hope everyone is doing well! It would be nice to hear from you all and your success! :)

    I am curious about the plastic wrap. I fear that that is not healthy but I really don't know!

    I just recently started to use it and I have sweat dripping down my tummy, where I never sweat. My friend did it and she is perfectly healthy and fit now. It's all your choice :)
