I m experiencing a shorter cycle since I trainned. I went to 32 days (6days) -> 23 days (4 days)... It a bit less suffering too. I tought It was due to an increase of my metabolism.

I quit on May 10th and never touched it back since. I didnt gained either, because I started to workout few hours a week. You need few stuff, but you can cut or add pretty anything you want. Bocconcini +Tomato + tuna + onion + celery & Canola 1tbs + balsamic + maple syrup (.5 tbs or citrus juice)
