Very long hot BATHS every other day.

I ask him everyday what does he feel like eating. If he doesn't have a preference that day, I buy something very caloric. I mostly eat meats and vegetables, and I now make sure pantry has junky foods he likes. The fatter he gets, the skinnier I will look next to him, lol.

By "higher weight" I mean higher than what you consider your personal best weight, the weight where you feel you are at your best, independent of age.

I'm 5'7 currently at 147 and size 6-8. My goal weight is 115-120 and at that weight I'll be a 2-4. My lowest adult weight was around 110. I don't think that just because you age it is acceptable to conform to a higher weight. That is my personal opinion.

Well, if you are doing everything right and still not loosing weight, maybe you are a special case of homo sapiens. Or god made you that way, if you will. In that case you must accept your fate and learn to be happy with what you got.
