Good day. I walk just a few more steps than yesterday. I did okay on my water intake, I would have liked it to be a little more, but it was a good amount. I have woken up and started my day with 1000 extra steps this morning and my water cup is full with icy water.

It does not seem to matter how much I eat for lunch. When I was not trying to be healthy and had big lunches I still ate mindlessly after work.

Been a very walktive day for me apparently :) My pedometer is at 16454 that includes a 30 minute walk with co-workers. DH wants to make a quick trip to the store so I know that time spent shopping will boost my steps for the day as well.

I don't know what my final count was yesterday, my pedometer kept slipping off. I know I was below goal just not sure how below goal. But today is a new day and I will make my 10,000 steps today!!!

I don't count my regular steps in my exercise. If I walk or use the elliptical I do count that time. Work days I don't have to much trouble getting to 10,000 between the walking of the day and then the 30 minutes I walk with co-workers. I am home today due to weather and I must say my steps are not nearly as high as…
