Hi, used MFP on and off for a while and have never joined a group like this before. I’ve been a competitive swimmer my whole life and just finished my final season of collegiate swimming. That being said, I still have weight that I’d like to lose! I could most definitely use the encouragement and accountability as I start a new chapter in my life.

I had lost 12 pounds by Christmas but unfortunately gained every single pound back throughout the holidays and January... I don't want to give up, I've hopped back on the health train and lost 10 pounds again... now I need to really focus !!!2 -
