Current plan: 1881 calories, hitting macros of P 110, C 188 and F77. I also do 3 60 min HIIT work outs each week. My nutrition plan and exercise plan are provided by my gym. When I follow the plan, I see results.2 -

I am starting T25 again so that will be 10 weeks of kick *kitten* workouts! My daily calorie goal is 1200. My biggest struggle is tracking all my food. I’m setting that as a daily goal!
