I would like to join! I'll turn 60 in July, and my birthday will be in between my 19th and 20th week. Losing weight isn't as easy as it used to be, so accountability and community will help lots! I will be starting tomorrow, and weigh in every Monday.

I eat around 1200 a day and do not eat back my exercise calories unless I’m starving. I walk 6kms 5 days a week. And use a spin bike when I watch tv.1 -

This last week was a huge surprise. Weather hear in the Northeast meant the gym was closed due to power so I was not watching the weight. Never expected to drop 4lbs in a week.
I am thinking I must have shed water. But this weight is consistent over two days.
I am way ahead of plan for reaching my goal.
Still really watching portion size (weighing almost everything carefully, lunch is a challenge), going to the gym 3 times a week, and hiking 6+ miles every week. Not easy to fit all this in, but worth it.

Currently three times a week at the Gym, program of 64 minutes Cardio and Strength 50/50.
Every fourth-night a 60 minute session with a Personal Trainer.
Motivator: losing weight for 2nd kidney transplant in 2019(-ish?).
Being a kidney patient makes me fluctuate in weight very bad.
I can loose or gain 3 pounds or more in 24 hours on fluids alone.
Original start weight: 396.8 lbs / 180 kg (januari 01 2000)
Starting weight for this year: 270.1 lbs / 122 kg (januari 01 2018)
First goal set at: 240.4 lbs / 109 kg (getting on the transplant list)
Ultimate goal, also Deadline: 198.0 lbs / 90 kg (december 31 2018)
