    Current plan: 1881 calories, hitting macros of P 110, C 188 and F77. I also do 3 60 min HIIT work outs each week. My nutrition plan and exercise plan are provided by my gym. When I follow the plan, I see results.

    I workout for an hour 5 days a week, sometimes only 4!! I need a challenge like this. THANKS.

    @Suly09 what helps me find my previous post is posting on the same day of the week and then counting back 7 days in order to find the date of my last post or if you have a good memory (which I don’t) you could make a mental note that you posted on page 4 last

    I am starting T25 again so that will be 10 weeks of kick *kitten* workouts! My daily calorie goal is 1200. My biggest struggle is tracking all my food. I’m setting that as a daily goal!

    175.6 today. Not much of a weight loss. I have not been tracking my food very well. That changes today!
