    I would like to join in. I am a week late.

    Sad story. I lost twenty pounds by strictly watching what I ate. It is not much for the whole amount that I have to lose but, it was a start.

    I definitely have an emotional eating problem so when I quit my job in December most of my hard work went away. Plus, for the past decade when I started packing on the pounds I worked graveyard shift which made it even harder for me to lose weight. Now I finally have a normal day shift job.

    I will not be summer ready but, hopefully it will help.

    Have had a hard time losing weight since I broke my back 4 years ago, so I really need to control my intake. Can't run for long or lift heavy weights. I ride dressage and do pilates (usually with ankle & hand weights).

    Hi, used MFP on and off for a while and have never joined a group like this before. I’ve been a competitive swimmer my whole life and just finished my final season of collegiate swimming. That being said, I still have weight that I’d like to lose! I could most definitely use the encouragement and accountability as I start a new chapter in my life.

    I had lost 12 pounds by Christmas but unfortunately gained every single pound back throughout the holidays and January... I don't want to give up, I've hopped back on the health train and lost 10 pounds again... now I need to really focus !!!
