            I would like to join in. I am a week late.
 Sad story. I lost twenty pounds by strictly watching what I ate. It is not much for the whole amount that I have to lose but, it was a start.
 I definitely have an emotional eating problem so when I quit my job in December most of my hard work went away. Plus, for the past decade when I started packing on the pounds I worked graveyard shift which made it even harder for me to lose weight. Now I finally have a normal day shift job.
 I will not be summer ready but, hopefully it will help.

            Hi, used MFP on and off for a while and have never joined a group like this before. I’ve been a competitive swimmer my whole life and just finished my final season of collegiate swimming. That being said, I still have weight that I’d like to lose! I could most definitely use the encouragement and accountability as I start a new chapter in my life.
