depends on what my exercise will be for the day. Here are my usual choices: oatmeal with maple syrup and skim milk, english muffin with almond butter and sliced banana, or 1 and a half egg omelet loaded with veggies and a smattering of cheese :)

I thought of a bell. In between hacking away at my leg, I kept ringing it.... Because I had fallen into a cavern, the echo of the bell alerted hikers far away who managed to save me and also stitch up my leg where I had been sawing away at it!

Try to squeeze in a quick walk or something. Exercise will help! Air popped popcorn is a strategy a dietitian shared with me... It is very low in calories and you can have a few cups of it. And then when you're really feeling the hungries at least you know you can have something if you can't divert your attention…

I would say writing down everything you eat. Because if you do that, you will start to become away every time you put something in your mouth. Automatically, you will want to make better choices. Best of luck!!!

I used to love the eliptical at the gym. You burn LOTs of calories. But I can't do that right now so I'm on the stationary bike. And pilates.
