  • I was diagnosed in late 04. I got prego with high doses of Met after 3 years of trying. Now I've had bad reactions to Met and am trying to get this weight off. All support is welcome. :)

  • THANK YOU!!! I started weightlighting with a trainer and have started gaining. I was completely discouraged. Now TOM is coming and I gained another pound. My body is sore from the lifting. It's nice to know why and I completely needed that article this morning.

  • It has made a huge difference. I was literally losing ounces or nothing without the low carb even with working out. I lose weight easier on low carb. You should always talk to your doctor.   • I just did cardio for 30 minutes and she was hard on me. My HRM said 356 so after subtracting my Resting 266 total. Not to shabby! when you get up to doing the harder setting she doesn't believe in water. And there's no pause button. :grumble: a HRM is a heart rate monitor. It's so much more accurate than Maya!
