I use Kraft's light asian toasted sesame dressing and it's really good. Also it's only 50 calories for 2 tablespoons. That is usually enough too, depending on the size of the salad.

My moment was last year when my father I had a heart attack. It made me look at my life and I saw how unhealthy I was. SO I decided to lose a few pounds and made sure that I eat healthy.

I just started that today. So far I like it. It's pretty short 20 minutes so there is no rest period. Perfect for the morning when I do not have much time.

Go as a cat or witch. All you really need to do is find black clothes. Oh and the flo costume is pretty easy too. All you need is white jeans, white shirt, white apron, and a hair bump. Totally did that costume last year. It was a huge hit!

Well, I do crave food more during my period. But you gotta use self control and just keep telling yourself not to eat it. It is hard, but stick with it. Try to keep yourself busy so you don't think about food. That helps with me.

Yes I do!!! I lost 6 pounds this month and rewarded myself with ice cream. Ha ha low calories ones of course. But buying yourself clothes and etc. is a good idea~!!!
