Stiff leg deadlifts
Barbell lunges
Barbell glute bridges
Cable leg curls.
My hamstrings are definitely feeling it. I'll probably add in a bit of cardio on the elliptical this evening.0 -
45 minutes walk at a very brisk pace (4.5 mph). Then Power 90 sculpt 1-2 & Ab Ripper with Tony Horton0

55 minutes extreme cardio, walked my dog for 30 minutes and mowed the lawn, took about an hour0

This morning I did 54 minutes of Amy Bento's Kickboxing Xtreme (it's a rental, which is now going on my wish list!). I burned 584 calories, and there was still another 30 minutes left. I had to get in the shower and take my son to the airport, so I had to stop. Tonight I did Jackie Warner routine C1 (glutes, shoulders, core). Monday I increase my weights and start the next routines.0

Zumba class / water aerobics and spinning class0

Ab Ripper X, Quads and glutes, shoulders, crosstrainer random hills and 4 miles. Almost 1300 from the Polar after subtracting for TDEE. Knocked the bottom out of it today!0

I did about an hour of Yoga today, not sure how many calories it burned but I was sweating like no other0

Yoga Fusion Power with Teigh from Yoga Booty Ballet. Something I had bought years ago and gave up on the first time I tried it because it was too hard. Didn't even realize it was Teigh until I pulled it out of the drawer it had been sitting in all this time. Gillian (from YBB) is one of the girls doing the workout behind her!0

A nice 4 mile walk in the park! Lovely on a sunny evening! Doesn't feel like exercise! Going to try and double it by doing a nice morning walk as well as an evening walk tomorrow!!0

C25K week 3 day 1.
Tonight I will be trying out the free DVD that came with my new exercise ball. Also, I'm sort of upset that my exercise ball is black. Why were there not more colours in the store? Is is it just me, or is that odd?0 -
I ran to the mailbox and back..... otherwise I've been working non-stop all day.0

No way! I love YBB! Well...I love the "light and easy" one, the latin flavour one makes me feel like an uncoordinated a-sexual loser. But I DO love Teigh & Gillian, I will definitely have to check that out.0 -
50 minutes on the elliptical and 25 minutes walking uphill on a 12% incline!!0

Walked 2 miles (burned around 300 calories) and going to the gym later to to do cardio and ab workout. (burning about 500 calories)0

Bootcamp which included a two km run, upper body training, and pilates. Later tonight I'm going to power walk with a friend.0
