LOL!! I do not go to a scam artist. I go to actual MD. He is one of the top doctors in our state and one of the most reputable doctors in the country. The practice I go to works closely with Duke University. So, I respect your opinion but I am going to stick to with the top research doctors in the country have to say and…

Gotchya! It is so frustrating, I know. Thank you for your words. Yes, I knew something was wrong because I have never suffered from depression or anxiety before and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I was given some very ill advice and finally found a doctor that gave me the answers. After 4 years! UGH

Not sure what you are trying to say. I was diagnosed from a true MD. Actually one of the best in the area and he has helps hundreds of people with thyroid disease, adrenal fatigue and hormone issues. Before I was diagnosed I had to get on Prozac because my depression and anxiety was so bad I was scared to leave the house,…

Adrenal fatigue is absolutely a real condition. I am in severe adrenal fatigue right now and struggling. I have always been very active, in extremely good shape and even after having two babies, I went right back down to my pre pregnancy weight and was in a great place. Over time, I had some chronic stress in my life and…

How do I get rid of it??

Nope. I also forgot to add that I cut out sugar as well. I eat nothing but organic chicken, grass fed beef, beans, sunbutter, fruits, veggies, I eat ZERO processed foods. I cook everything from scratch and for on the go snacks I eat Trader Joes turkey jerky, greek yogurt, and protein shakes. I feel very, very bloated and…

thanks everyone!! So,I am tracking my sodium as well as sugar. It seems a go over sugar a bit. (could it be the creamer?? LOL) but my sodium, I am not even close to my goal...at all. Is that okay?? I mean, I know you need sodium but that much?? It seems almost impossible.
-
awesome thanks!!!
-
how do I track my sodium?? I don't see an option for that. also, how do I know how much sodium I should be having?? Thanks for looking at my diary. I will cut back on the creamer. I know it is a lot for 2 cups of coffee. I am also going to look into more natual, less calorie creamers today.
-
Yeah, a couple cups of coffee. I should cut that out right?? *sigh* very hard. I should though right?? UGH! Anything else I should change???

HA! I have never watched an infomercial in my life. LOL!! I was actually reading an article and I think Dr. Oz had something on his show about how people are shaped differently and gain weight in either the belly or the bottom part and for me it's belly. There are some things you can do to help it along but I can't find…

Don't get me wrong, I CAN cook for myself, I do it for my kids. It's just easier. LOL!! Thank you though, sometimes you just need to hear it. I think my main reason is because with those dinners I know exactly the calories I am taking in. I just have to get better at counting calories with real food. :)
-
thank you all so much! I did not think about a lot of things you all posted! I am going to cut out the processed foods (which is like a total duh moment for me because I make sure my kids eat no processed foods and here I am eating it like crazy) I am also going to start strength training and adding more cardio. Has anyone…
