how many calories?? (30 day shread)

I was sick all week but finaly feeling better and started thirty day shread. Since it is a combo of strength/cardio how do I figure out how many calories I am burning?? I am 37 5/4 and 128 lbs. if that helps. Thanks!!

    I was told to log it as "Circuit training - general".

    You may want to purchase a heart rate monitor. That might give you a close estimate.

    im 5ft8 166 pounds and i wear a HRM while doing it. i can burn between 215-255 depending how hard i push myself.

    It does me, because that's about where I am and MFP says 248 for me under the circuit training general....wish I had a HRM but so far I've been ok with the numbers MFP has given me!

    I'm 5'4" 139-ish lbs, I wear a Polar HRM when I do the Shred and I tend to burn anywhere from 200-240 depending on my energy/intensity.

    That's what I did until I got a HRM, and it's pretty close :)

    I have heard low impact aerobic to record it. I used my HRM and it looks like I burn around 120, I am 5'4, 110lbs.
