I did it for the full 30 days. 10 days for each level straight. No rest days in between. After the first few days, I honestly didn't really feel I needed a rest day since the soreness went away just after that. And I had to keep telling myself, "It's only 20 minutes. That's what kept me going this time as well! Seeing the results everyone was getting. The numbers were making me a bit sad but when I put the photos side by side today.. phew! I stopped caring about numbers after that. :)

I'm doing 30DS right now. I just finished Day 23 today. I'm not doing any other exercising other than that, and I've already lost 7 pounds. No idea on the inches yet since I'll measure when I'm completely done, but I do see a change in my body - especially my belly! :) I do it every day without any rest days. Have fun!

Good job! I can relate 100%. I think I had started 30DS about 4 times before I became serious about it. Each time I started, I got a bit further from the last time. I just completed Day 19! I just finished Day 8, Level 1. This is the furthest I've gotten so far.
