Clean Tatertot Hotdish
I've been eating pretty clean for the last three weeks or so, and I want to do a clean version of tatertot hotdish. One recipe I found was to just replace the tatertots with regular potatoes, but I try not to eat too many potatoes. I can't think of a potato replacement, though. Any ideas out there?
