My name is Dana, and I live in Fargo, ND. I came back to MyFitnessPal to start holding myself accountable for healthy eating and regular workouts. As we all know, it's difficult to be on this path without others taking part, so I hope to make some new friends on here!

I started eating healthy and doing regular workouts about a week ago. I log my workouts, but I do not log my eating. I do believe in calorie counting (as it has helped me in the past), but I only eat meats, veggies, and fruits now. If I'm hungry, I grab a bag of sweet peas or an avocado now. :)
