So I've been a little down lately…I was losing a little under a pound each week, but lately I've been keeping a steady scale number for the past few weeks..which really is a good thing, but you know how the scale is the devil…….SO I've had an NSV that makes me really smile and not worry as much. The Dress Pants that started it all 3 months ago…the ones that I had bought 2 years ago that were turning me into one of those giant muffins…with extra top!…I had been really avoiding those dress pants, and today I HAD to wear them to work (procrastinating doing laundry), and THEY FIT! and not only did they fit…but they're a little loose!!! Woot woot!!!!

    I do that too! When the scale gets stuck I go through my closet and see what my body looks like in the old clothes. Scale be damned, I know I'm doing well simply because of the way I look.
