and nutrition wise: cut out meat, dairy, and refined sugars drink citrus water, stay hydrated.

if you're already pretty thin, do do yoga:) it'll tone your body and make you feel great..and start seeing results in a week-3

p.s. i weigh myself every day (but i find that i lose more weight when i'm not constantly weighing myself and get away from a scale for a day or too) :)

the faster i lose the weight, the faster i gain it back. it helps to lose it slowly so your body doesn't freak out.

it's okay:) just go for a walk and drink lemon water, it helps burn fat and flush everything out.. and try not to eat anything heavy.

it's not the end of the world if you have a day or two of unhealthy eating. the most important thing is to stay positive and not let it discourage you. it also helps to snack throughout the day so that you're not starving and eat the whole kitchen. tea and water are amazing at keeping you full...stay strong love! :)

hmm spicy foods burn slightly more calories than non-spicy foods..but it's a little harsh on your stomach i personally think they help lose weight because spicy condiments generally contain little to no calories as opposed to a cream-based one (such as ranch) which is loaded in fat and high in calories..hope this is…

I walk on my breaks during work and I walk to and from work if I'm not running late because it's really the only way for me to make it a daily routine while working (I also live a 30 minute walk from my work so the distance is perfect).

You can start by switching out all, or most of your beverages for water and taking the stairs instead of the escalator. Baby steps!:)
