  • Thank you to all of you, this has really helped. So starting to look at my problem, and the first thing I realize (which is staring me in the face (Duh!)) is that I run a business from home and I am frequently passing the kitchen. I can't commit to doing something at a set time every week, during April through October…
  • Zug I am asking for ideas on what to do instead of eating something when I am not hungry How long does it take to change this habit? And peoples personal experiences with this.
  • Thanks for all of your ideas
  • I put your stats into another BMR calculator, and they are correct. I'm no expert at this by any means but as I see it, Keeping up this level of fitness means you have to eat 2664 calories to maintain, so in theory anything less than this will result in weight loss.

  • I really don't have anything to offer here, other than what may be obvious, Have you had your blood sugar checked for diabetes? I know that can affect eye sight. I know that wouldn't make sense when losing weight, but still worth checking into.

  • I think banning cup cake sales is a step in the right direction. And there are hundreds of other ways to raise money for a fund raiser. Jamie Oliver (British Chef) has done a fantastic job of initiating healthy school lunches in England, so it can be done, and on a budget too. Check out more info if you want to…
